Carbon Steel

Product Description
Cold rolling production can provide a large quantity of high-precision and high-performance steel plates and strips. Its most significant feature is the low processing temperature. Compared to hot rolling production, it has the following advantages:
(1) Cold-rolled steel strip products have precise dimensions and uniform thickness, with a thickness difference generally not exceeding 0.01-0.03 mm or less, fully meeting the requirements of high-precision tolerances.
(2) It can produce extremely thin strip steel that cannot be produced by hot rolling (as thin as 0.001 mm or less).
(3) Cold-rolled products have superior surface quality, free from defects commonly found in hot-rolled steel strips such as pitting or embedded oxide scale. Additionally, they can be produced with different surface roughness levels (e.g., glossy or rough surfaces) according to customer requirements, facilitating subsequent processing steps.
(4) Cold-rolled steel strips exhibit excellent mechanical and process properties, such as high strength, low yield strength, and good deep-drawing performance.
(5) High-speed rolling and fully continuous rolling can be achieved, resulting in very high production efficiency.
